Tricia Grynspan's personal life speaks to the importance of healthy balanced living.  On the journey to discover inner peace, balance and strength Tricia has become empowered to manage life's daily challenges.

After taking a brief break from teaching to move her family to Sudbury, Tricia has returned with a new direction, renewed vigor and a far more balanced view of work and family life.  With years spent in a nurturing, developing and supportive familial role, Tricia has brought this perspective to her work.  She incorporates time into her busy life 'for her' to focus on her mind, body and spirit.

Combining her knowledge as a 200hr Alliance certified yoga instructor through Octopus Garden in Toronto, a CanFitPro personal trainer specialist and a teacher has enabled Tricia to customize unique programs that clients find mentally, physically and spiritually rejuvenating.

With a natural nurturing way, an exploratory attitude and her love of the outdoors, Tricia finds great joy in spending quality time with her children, family and friends. She engages in a many physical activities including; running, yoga, hiking, climbing and kayaking.
