tricia tillson's personal life speaks to the importance of healthy balanced living.  through the discovery of inner peace, balance and strength tricia has become empowered to manage life's daily challenges.

after taking a career break to care for her two young children, she has returned with a new direction, renewed vigor and a far more balanced view of work and family life.  with years spent in a nurturing, developing and supportive role in her family, tricia has brought this perspective to her work.  she incorporates time into her busy life 'for her' to focus on her mind, body and spirit.

combining her knowledge as a certified yoga exercise specialist, a CanFitPro personal trainer specialist and specific meditation philosophies has enabled tricia to customize unique programs that clients find mentally, physically and spiritually rejuvenating.

with a natural nurturing way, an exploratory attitude and her love of the outdoors, tricia finds great joy in spending quality time with her children, family and friends. she engages in a many physical activities including running, yoga, hiking, climbing and canoeing.
